     And while on the subject, so can George Bush.  Forget about allegiances and politics for a moment, but does anyone think that putting a slew of armed men on the border is a good thing?  Not that I’m old enough to remember this, but the first thing that comes to mind is Kent State University.  Once something like that happens, I think that’s going to be the breaking point for the rest of the world.
